Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
reconsideration (page 1727) on CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                          
11(FIN)(title am) An Act establishing a reimbursement program for              
municipal bonds, notes, or other indebtedness incurred for school              
construction; relating to administrative costs of reimbursing municipal        
school construction debt; relating to municipal school construction            
project eligibility requirements for receiving state reimbursement; and        
providing for an effective date be taken up at this time.  Senator             
Lincoln objected.
